Gov’t to submit to Parliament draft decision for six-month extension of state of energy crisis
Skopje, 1 December 2021 (MIA) – North Macedonia’s Government will submit to the Parliament a draft decision for approval of an extension of the state of energy crisis by six months, or until June 9, 2022. The Government at its 123rd session held online on Wednesday, defined the text of the draft decision for approval of an extension of the state of energy crisis on the entire territory of the country due to lack of power supply and current situation on the energy markets. “Decision proposal for extension of the state of energy crisis aims to ensure continuity in the implementation of measures and activities to overcome the situation in the electricity supply,” Government said in a press release.
