Skopje, 7 December 2021 (MIA) – The Government adopted Tuesday the Health Strategy 2021-2030 and its Action Plan. The Health Strategy has been developed through a transparent and inclusive process, considering the EU agenda for effective, efficient and accessible health systems, the Government said in a press release. Three key issues have been identified in the strategy: support to the strengthening of the effectiveness of health systems, which encompasses the performance of the health system, quality and safety of health protection and integration of health protection at all levels; increased access to health protection with a focus on health workers and planning through sustainable solutions at EU level, ensuring a sufficient number of qualified staff; and improvement of health systems and role of e-health, assessment of the health technology and health information systems.
