Skopje, 16 November 2021 (MIA) – The Government adopted Tuesday the draft-law on ratification of the Agreement on mutual legal assistance in civil cases between the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. The Agreement’s ratification will ensure the regulation of civil matters (probate proceedings, mixed marriages, alimony etc), strengthening legal cooperation among institutions and facilitating legal traffic for countries’ nationals, the Government said in a press release.
