Budapest, 13 September 2021 (dpa/MIA) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel will travel to Serbia on Monday. She is due to hold talks with President Aleksandar Vucic and civil society representatives from across the region. On Tuesday Merkel will fly on to Albania, where a meeting is planned with the heads of government of six Balkan states: Serbia, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Kosovo. The German government says the focus will be on regional cooperation.
