Skopje, 31 December 2025 (MIA) – Parliament Speaker Afrim Gashi sent a New Year’s message to citizens Wednesday, wishing them health, peace, kindness and love.

“On the occasion of the New Year, I address you with respect and responsibility. The past year was one of dedicated work, marked by progress in transparency, digitalization, and oversight. We opened doors for citizens, ideas, and dialogue, making the institution more inclusive, accessible, and trustworthy. Through parliamentary diplomacy, we built bridges of cooperation and friendship, representing our country with dignity and vision,” Gashi said in his message.

He noted that most importantly, this year has underscored a core truth: sustainable progress is achieved not merely through processes and reforms, but through unity, the ability to build consensus and mutual trust.

“By standing together with respect, the will to overcome differences, and responsibility toward our shared home, we can create a fairer, brighter future. I wish all families health, peace, kindness, and love in the New Year. Let us begin this new chapter with open hearts, unwavering hope, and faith in our potential as a society,” Gashi said.
