Skopje, 7 January 2022 (MIA) – Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani took part Friday in an extraordinary ministerial meeting of the NATO North Atlantic Council, held via videoconference link. The meeting of NATO foreign ministers was convened to address Russia’s continued military build-up in and around Ukraine, and the implications for European security. “The extraordinary meeting took place ahead of the NATO-Russia Council and other meetings in different formats, so as to de-escalate the crisis and find solution through non-military, primarily diplomatic means of communications,” the Foreign Ministry said.
