Skopje, 22 August 2024 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski held a farewell meeting Thursday with French Ambassador Cyrille Baumgartner.

Minister Mucunski expressed gratitude for the Ambassador's contribution in the development of bilateral relations and cooperation during his diplomatic mandate, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said in a press release.

"Interlocutors reaffirmed the dynamic and continuous political dialogue between the two countries, highlighting the need for focusing on the development of economic and trade cooperation in the coming period," the press release reads.

They also discussed the country's reform and accession processes, and Mucunski once again expressed gratitude for France's support and assistance on our path to European integration. ssh/ba/
