Skopje, 25 November 2024 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Affairs Timcho Mucunski is paying November 25-26 a visit to Rome at the invitation of Italian counterpart Antonio Tajani.

FM Mucunski will take part at annual conference "Rome MED Dialogues" and address panel "New EU Commission, Old EU Priorities", the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said in a press release.

On the conference sidelines, Mucunski is scheduled to meet with Egyptian colleague Badr Abdelatty and Italian Senator Giulio Terzi di Sant'Agata.

Rome MED Dialogue is promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI). The event aims to rethink traditional approaches to the area, bringing in new ideas and suggestions as to draft a “positive agenda” for the region, which tackles security and socio-economic challenges through common visions.
