First-time nomination as VP for Europe at Interpol Executive Committee for MoI of North Macedonia candidate
Skopje, 21 October 2022 (MIA) – A candidate from the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of North Macedonia was nominated for the position of Vice President for Europe at the Executive Committee of Interpol for the first time. The delegation representing the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of North Macedonia at the 90th General Assembly of INTERPOL, which was held from October 18 to 21 in New Delhi, India, attended the promotion of candidates for the position of Vice President for Europe at the Executive Committee of Interpol. As stated by the Ministry of Interior on their Facebook profile, the National Central Bureau of the Ministry of Interior participated for the first time with its own candidate, with head Branislava Stojchevski. In addition to our country, there were candidates from Andorra, Belgium, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey competing for the position, which ultimately went to the Belgian candidate, Peter De Buysscher. dk/sk/
