Skopje, 14 November 2022 (MIA) - Ambassador David Geer, Head of Delegation of the European Union will visit the Municipality of Gostivar on Monday. This is the second in the series of town hall visits following the opening of the EU accession negotiations with North Macedonia in July 2022. The purpose of the visits is to present the new steps in the EU accession negotiations process and their impact on citizens’ everyday life, the EU Delegation said in a press release. During his stay in Gostivar, Ambassador Geer will meet with the Mayor of Gostivar Arben Taravari, the members of the Municipal Council and representatives of the civil society organisations. He will also take part in a coffee debate with citizens in order to answer to questions related to the European path of North Macedonia.
