Skopje, 10 October 2024 (MIA) - Asked to comment on the Constitutional Court's decision to abolish the 'Balancer' tool, the EU Delegation has stressed the importance of continuous implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement, which calls for the full respect of the principle of non-discrimination and equal treatment, especially in public administration. 

"The EU Delegation notes the decision of the Constitutional Court. The Court's decision comes after the Government announced its intentions to reform the system and replace the 'Balancer'. We look forward to seeing the proposals," the EU Delegation has said.
