Kumanovo, 29 May 2023 (MIA) - President Stevo Pendarovski and Minister of Information Society and Administration Azir Aliu promoted Monday in Kumanovo new e-services, Single Point for Services (ETU), which gives people insight into institutions using user's personal data found in the population register, and confirmation whether personal data is part of the registry, and whether it is correct, such as name, surname, address.
According to the Minister, digital transformation is unavoidable and necessary in providing new values in all sectors of everyday and working life.
"The Ministry of Information Society and Administration (MIOA) and Government are committed to the digitalization of work processes, and securing necessary legal solutions for a digital transformation in North Macedonia. Today we are promoting the e-service for log list control of access to user's personal data, as part of the population register," said Aliu.
The goal of the e-service, he added, is to offer access to services wherever you are, lower costs and in-person wait-time, technical errors are possible and the service allows citizens to correct them.
Citizens can submit a request though the national services portal gov.mk, or in person.
"Knowing the power of digital transformation, our ministry launched an in-depth reform for the digital transformation over the country, starting with services we offer to citizens and businesses, up to work processes in public administration. Therefore, by the end of 2023, MIOA will offer over 150 online services," the Minister said. ssh/ik/
