Elizabeta Dukovska elected new Constitutional Court judge

Skopje, 10 April 2023 (MIA) - The Parliament elected at a session on Monday Elizabeta Dukovska as judge in the Constitutional Court, with 64 votes in favor and one abstention.

 

Dukovska was born July 30, 1961, and graduated at the UKIM Faculty of Law. She took the bar on February 15 1990. She was elected judge at the Basic Court in 2004 and worked as a bankruptcy judge in July 2007. In 2009, she was appointed judge at the Court of Appeals.

 

The MPs also voted in favor of the draft law to ratify the amendments to the agreement on free trade between North Macedonia and Ukraine, and elected Vukelj Valdeta as new member of the State Council for the Prevention of Child Delinquency. dk/nn/
