Skopje, 19 September 2021 (MIA) – The Prilep General Hospital has reported to the Ministry of Interior a case of physical damage to the electricity panel of the modular hospital, the Health Ministry said in a press release. “The hospital security has noticed that the electricity panel on the outside of the hospital has been broke open with a crowbar. They notified the hospital electrician and immediately called the police. Electricity in the modular hospital is in operation because the outside panel doesn’t supply electricity to the equipment in the hospital,” the Health Ministry said, adding that 17 patients are treated at the modular hospital. “The act of vandalism had not put patients at risk. The Health Ministry is urging competent institutions to clarify the case as soon as possible,” reads the press release.
