Tetovo, 5 November 2021 (MIA) – A prime minister of the Netherlands will visit North Macedonia for the first time in November, Dutch Ambassador Dirk Jan Kop has announced. “For the first time in the history of North Macedonia, our Prime Minister Mark Rutte will visit the country. He will be in North Macedonia next Wednesday on Nov. 10 and he will be received by North Macedonia’s prime minister,” said Ambassador Kop, who was in a Tetovo village to visit a company with Dutch capital. Asked to comment on PM Zoran Zaev’s announced resignation, Kop cited the European Commission’s statement that it has taken note and that it is important the country continues to implement EU-related reforms.
