Skopje, 19 April 2023 (MIA) – I have not participated in the Management Committee nor have I taken part in the negotiations with Bechtel-Enka, said Deputy PM in charge of good governance policies Slavica Grkovska on Wednesday.

“I have not participated in the Management Committee nor have I taken part in the negotiations. This was done by a completely different composition of the Management Committee, and I wasn’t in the country when the Contract was reviewed at a Government session,” said Grkovska in answer to a journalist’s question on why she didn’t warn the Government that the project would be a lot more expensive, if she was in the Committee and was acquainted with the contents of the Contract.
