COVID-19: 141 new cases, 84 recoveries, one fatality
Skopje, 14 September 2022 (MIA) – North Macedonia recorded 141 new COVID-19 cases after 866 tests were performed in the past 24 hours, one death was reported, while 84 patients recovered, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday. Of the new cases, 79 were registered in Skopje, followed by Prilep – 9, Kavadarci – 9, Kumanovo – 7, Bitola – 7, Ohrid – 6, Tetovo – 4, Veles – 3, Kichevo – 2, Gevgelija – 2, Resen – 2, Gostivar – 1, Shtip – 1, Kochani – 1, Struga – 1, Negotino – 1, Radovish – 1, Kriva Palanka – 1, Delchevo – 1, Berovo – 1, Kratovo – 1, and Bogdanci – 1. One person died, from Skopje (aged 84). At the moment, 694 cases are active nationwide. Since the onset of the epidemic, North Macedonia has performed a total of 2,160,118 tests, recording 341,889 COVID-19 cases and 331,679 recoveries. The death toll has reached 9,516.
