COVID-19: 108 new cases, 88 recoveries

Skopje, 24 June 2022 (MIA) – North Macedonia recorded 108 new COVID-19 cases after 723 tests were performed in the past 24 hours, no deaths were reported, while 88 patients recovered, the Health Ministry said on Friday.
Of the new cases, 75 were registered in Skopje, followed by Bitola – 7, Kumanovo – 6, Prilep – 4, Kavadarci – 4, Strumica – 3, Tetovo – 2, Gostivar – 2, Ohrid – 2, Veles – 1, Shtip – 1, and Gevgelija – 1.
At the moment, 540 cases are active nationwide. Since the onset of the epidemic, North Macedonia has performed a total of 2,075,632 tests, recording 313,360 COVID-19 cases and 303,498 recoveries. The death toll has reached 9,322.
