Skopje, 25 October 2022 (MIA) – Capacities using compressed gas for heating can procure this resource from Serbia, said Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski on Tuesday. A ban was in place regarding the export of this gas from Serbia, with a portion of institutions from the education and health sectors using compressed gas from tanks transported to the country until now. “We talked to the Serbian PM and after intensive communications they decided to exempt North Macedonia from the gas export ban. Deliveries are ongoing,” PM Kovachevski told reporters.
