Skopje, 14 July 2025 (MIA) - The Crisis Management Centre (CMC) has said that 12 wildfires were recorded across the country on Monday, of which four are still active.

The active wildfires are burning in the municipalities of Makedonski Brod, Veles, Chucher Sandevo and Dojran.

The extinguished fires were located in the municipalities of Prilep, Vinica, Demir Kapija, Struga, Lipkovo, Tetovo and Jegunovce.

CMC urges citizens to be cautious in nature, especially amid high temperatures and dry weather, which significantly heighten the fire risk.
