Skopje, 22 December 2023 (MIA) - Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski paid a visit Friday to children's hospital "Kozle", which has been transformed into an University Clinic for Respiratory Diseases in Children "Kozle"-Skopje.

PM Kovachevski said the Government's decision would ensure enlargement of the institution's operations in the fields of healthcare, education, training and research.

"For more than 70 years, 'Kozle' has been a symbol of professionalism and care for children. The enlargement of its operations is deserved and opens the opportunities for further development of the institution," said Kovachevski.

The Government decision is expected to result in faster and more efficient diagnostics, treatment of patients and easing the pressure of other institutions, thus ensuring more available and quality healthcare of patients.
