Skopje, 17 July 2024 (MIA) - The Government decided Tuesday to cancel the conclusion of the previous caretaker government that resulted in fiscal implications for realization of the project on motorway section Gostivar-Bukojchani of additional EUR 252.7 million.

These funds were not projected and secured in the Budget, nor are economically viable, the Government said in a press release.

It adds that the Public Prosecutor's Office would be notified about the conclusion.

This conclusion was adopted on June 13, more than a month after the elections and a few days prior to the election of the new Government, reads the press release.
