Skopje, 4 April 2024 (MIA) - The campaign for the April 24 presidential elections begins on Thursday and will continue in the next 20 days.

The election HQ of Stevo Pendarovski, the candidate of the SDSM-led coalition, is set to be promoted in Skopje, followed by visits to Krivogashtani and Krushevo, and a rally in Prilep.

ZNAM candidate Maksim Dimitrievski starts his campaign with the presentation of his programme "Manifesto for Macedonia" in Krushevo.

Levica candidate Biljana Vankovska will promote her election programme at a press conference, whereas a party event will take place in Strumica in the evening.

DUI presidential hopeful Bujar Osmani will launch his presidential campaign with a press conference in front of the presidential villa.

The presidential runoff is slated for May 8, held in parallel with the parliamentary elections.
