Berovo, 9 August 2021 (MIA) – The wildfire over the village of Budinarci in Berovo municipality has been put out after it reignited about noon on Monday. “Many teams took part in the fire extinguishing activities, primarily the Austrian firefighters. Our objective was to save Budinarci, since the fire came very close to the village. There is no threat of the fire reigniting for the time being,” said Berovo Mayor Zvonko Pekevski. Teams are continually monitoring the situation in the area.
