Bomb threat reported in Skopje school proves false
- The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said all necessary checks have been conducted concluding that a bomb threat received via email on Friday afternoon by a Skopje school is false.
Skopje, 24 February 2023 (MIA) - The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said all necessary checks have been conducted concluding that a bomb threat received via email on Friday afternoon by a Skopje school is false.
"Immediately after the threat was reported, police officers took all necessary measures, anti-terrorist squads carried out detailed checks and the bomb threat was proved to be false," the MoI said in a press release.

Earlier on Friday, the MoI said eighteen schools in Skopje and a school in Prilep have received emailed bomb threats, which proved to be a hoax.
Schools received bomb threats over the past days.
On Thursday, the Education Ministry instructed schools to switch to distance learning (online classes) on days when they receive bomb threat.
