Skopje, 15 January 2024 (MIA) - Cooperation between North Macedonia and Germany is excellent and should continue in all areas of mutual interest. North Macedonia is committed to the Euro-integration process and support from Germany is more than welcome, agreed Minister of Transport and Communications Blagoj Bochvarski and German Ambassador Petra Drexler on Monday.

Minister Bochvarski briefed Ambassador Drexler on the strong investment cycle in infrastructure, especially in roads, railways and gas distribution, the Ministry of Transport and Communications said in a press release.

"Cooperation between the two countries has been excellent and should continue in all areas of mutual interest. North Macedonia is committed to the Euro-integration process and support from Germany is more than welcome. We have excellent relations in civil aviation and road transport," said Bochvarski.

In addition, Bochvarski thanked Drexler for Germany's strong support to North Macedonia's Euro-integration process, reads the press release.
