Besa won't file no-confidence motion against Artan Grubi
Skopje, 4 October 2022 (MIA) - Besa will not file an motion of no-confidence vote against the First Deputy Prime Minister, Artan Grubi, Besa MP Fadil Zendeli told MIA commenting on information that his party was planning on filing such initiative. "There's no such thing at the moment, but I won't rule out in the future that Besa, being an opposition party, might file no-confidence motion for DUI ministers and the government in general," stated Zendeli. The Besa lawmaker said that the ruling parties have no majority in Parliament. "I believe the government is in a way shifting the blame to the opposition parties, including VMRO-DPMNE. DUI wants to also involve us, but the issue in fact lies in the majority itself, which it doesn't have the capacity or the numbers in Parliament to implement its policies," Zendeli told MIA. He fell short of commenting current developments in DUI, currently facing infighting, saying it's DUI's "internal business."
