Skopje, 25 October 2021 (MIA) – Besa secretary-general Arjanit Hoxha urged their voters on Monday to support the Alliance for Albanians (AA) candidates for mayors at the October 31 runoff of the local elections and “help in DUI and DPA’s political defeat”. “We also would like to see AA call their voters to support the Besa candidates. The political stage must change in the coming years. Therefore, we want to lead and make this change,” Hoxha told a press conference. He added that Besa has continually developed sustainable policies that guarantee political stability in the country while following its Euro-Atlantic course. “The local elections have demonstrated that citizens support Besa’s policies, in the spirit of building a professional political structure and a new political generation in the country. While analyzing latest political developments and the old-new coalition between DUI and DPA for the runoff, Besa stands firm against the policies of these two parties, which are forced to cooperate only to protect each other, working against the will of their voters,” noted Hoxha.
