Skopje, 7 April 2023 (MIA) - Latest State Statistical Office data shows that inflation has dropped compared to the previous months and this is the largest decrease compared to last October, when prices of food and energy started to rise, said Economy Minister Kreshnik Bekteshi on Friday.

"Compared to March 2022, inflation has increased by 14.7 percent but there is two-percent drop when compared to February. The most important decrease is the one in the sectors of transport and food, which means that Government measures are producing the initial results," Minister Bekteshi told reporters.
