Bekteshi: Anti-crisis measures analyzed, more to be passed if necessary

Individual institutions also have the option of implementing further measures, such as cancellation of certain customs taxes, considering the country’s trade with the EU in line with the Stabilization and Association Agreement and CEFTA,” Minister Bekteshi told reporters. According to him, measures could enlarge in case of a prolonged war in Ukraine. “As other countries, we would need supply of raw materials and final products. We will brief the Government at tomorrow‘s session on the implementation of the current measures, and if necessary, we will pass further measures in order to soften the price shocks, especially for products which trade margin is frozen,” noted Bekteshi.
