Skopje, 6 March 2023 (MIA) - The Ministry of Finance said the auction on the ninth Eurobond will take place on Monday. 

"Agents and potential investors have been notified, and according to the expressed interest among investors, a successful auction is expected. The amount of the Eurobond will depend on the achieved market price, in the direction of our commitment to maintain the most optimal debt portfolio according to costs and maturity," the Finance Ministry said in a press release. 

The Eurobond was to be issued in February, but it was postponed due to administrative procedures, i.e. new Minister of Justice was to be elected first. The Ministry of Finance said at the time that a new auction will be conducted immediately after the election of the new minister.

"The complete procedure for issuing the Eurobond will be carried out after the implementation of the administrative procedures, which also include an opinion from the new Minister of Justice," the Finance Ministry said then.
