Skopje, 9 March 2023 (MIA) — Skopje Mayor Danela Arsovska and Skopje Water and Sewer Utility director Dragan Ilievski inspected Thursday the reconstruction work on the Gazi Baba forest park water supply network. 

According to a City of Skopje press release, the pipeline reconstruction, which costs Mden 14,033,800, is being funded from the Skopje Water and Sewer Utility budget.

The reconstructed pipeline will improve the water supply to a large part of the Gazi Baba Municipality, including Zhelezara and Avtokomanda neighborhoods.

The project has included relocating the old pipeline. The new one is 488 meters long. A new 250 mm pipe has been installed and connected to the existing 200 mm pipe on Tajmishka Street, the release says. mr/
