Army Open Day event in Tetovo to mark NATO anniversary

Tetovo, 17 March 2024 (MIA) — To mark four years of North Macedonia's NATO membership and the 75th anniversary of the Alliance, the Ministry of Defense, the Army, and the Municipality of Tetovo are hosting an Open Day of the Army in Tetovo.
According to an official press release, the event will feature an exhibition of weapons, equipment and vehicles, a display of tactical drills, and a performance by the military orchestra.
Minister of Defense Slavjanka Petrovska and the country's Chief of Defense Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurchinovski will attend the Open Day of the Army, which is one in a series of recent events organized throughout the country in honor of its NATO membership.
So far, Open Days of the Army were held in Strumica, Kavadarci and Shtip, and next week the events will be organized in Ohrid, Prilep and Skopje. mr/
