Skopje, 19 November 2023 (MIA) – Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Vasko Gjurchinovski, is set to pay a several-day working visit to the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom.

According to a press release from the General Staff of the Army, as part of his visit to the United Kingdom, Lieutenant-General Gjurchinovski will meet with the Chief of the Defence Staff of the British Armed Forces, Admiral Sir Antony Radakin.

“General Gjurchinovski will also have an official meeting with Lord Stuart Peach, Air Chief Marshal, who is also the United Kingdom’s Special Envoy for the Western Balkans and former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee,” said the press release.

During his visit to the United Kingdom, Gjurchinovski, alongside an Army delegation, will visit the Defence Academy in Shrivenham, as well as the Royal Air Force Boulmer station where he will meet with military leaders.
