Applications for 2023 competition for funding projects of national interest in culture to be submitted via national e-services portal
Skopje, 13 October 2022 (MIA) – Culture Minister Bisera Kostadinovska Stojchevska told Thursday’s press conference that the electronic application system for 2023 competition for funding projects of national interest in culture is to open on Oct. 17 (Monday) at 8 am and is to close the same day at 4 pm. According to Minister Kostadinovska Stojchevska this year, the electronic application will be conducted via the national e-services portal. She also explained that this year the competition is not conducted via the Ministry of Culture’s website, but via the national e-services portal aimed at simplifying the procedure. This will save time for the applicants for the required documents, which they will now be able to download and upload directly, she added. “Applicants will be able to find technical instructions and application support on the website uslugi.gov.mk as well as through the portal's contact center. Applicants will still be able to ask for help in the departments of the Ministry of Culture in regard to application process,” Kostadinovska Stojchevska said. She also noted that She stated that from this year through via the national e-services portal it will automatically be impossible to compete with more projects than those specified in the rules of the competition. She said that with this way of submitting applications projects would be easier and waiting time we will be able to manage them even faster voicing hope that the waiting time for the decisions will be shortened, considering that for 2022 the applicants waited almost three months to start the projects.
