Skopje, 17 February 2023 (MIA) - Alternativa communicates with DUI's so-called "Fire Group", but not with the Besa movement, the party's Secretary General Zeqirja Ibrahimi told a press conference on Friday.  

"We've had communication with the so-called "Fire Group". We still have no communication with Besa. But those are things that remain to be seen," Ibrahimi said. 

In response to a reporter's question about Alternativa making the support to the constitutional changes conditional on the adoption of its amendment in terms of the fight against corruption, Ibrahimi said it doesn't constitute conditioning or blackmail. 

"If accepting the anti-corruption amendment is conditioning and blackmail, then I really don't understand the word blackmail," Ibrahimi said.
