Skopje, 3 October 2021 (MIA) – DUI is promoting green agenda because we need to keep up with the times. We all have to work and leave prejudice behind in this country. The country is on the threshold of EU membership and we need to do one more step, DUI leader Ali Ahmeti said Sunday at a rally in the Municipality of Studenichani, where he promoted the party’s mayoral candidate Ejup Abazi. Voters should support DUI, he said, because the party has proven a worthy stakeholder in all areas. According to him, DUI for 20 years has been producing qualified professionals in all areas. Addressing his supporters, Abazi said he was ready to serve all citizens if elected mayor. “Young people have clear vision and ideas how their municipality should look like in the coming years,” he said pledging he would improve education, promote sports and introduce digitization of municipal services. On Monday, DUI will campaign in the Municipality of Vrapchishte to present the candidate for mayor and candidates for municipal councilors ahead of the October 17 local elections.
