Agriculture Minister Nikolovski to visit Belgrade
Belgrade, 26 January 2022 (MIA) – Ljupcho Nikolovski, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, is scheduled to pay a visit to Belgrade on Thursday, MIA's Belgrade correspondent reports.
According to a press release by the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Nikolovski will attend the opening of the third International Fair of Fruit, Vegetables and Viticulture – Agro Belgrade, which will be opened by the Serbian Minister Branislav Nedimović.
Agro Belgrade will be held at the Belgrade Fair on January 27-29, where 500 exhibitors will present their work, including five high-level delegations, and there will also be numerous expert gatherings. Companies from Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany are among the participants.
Among other things, expert conferences and meetings will be organized where the standards in fruits and vegetable production will be discussed, as well as the berry production’s future, transporting fruits and vegetables in cooling containers, revolving funds, precise irrigation, viticulture modernization, production of medicine and the processing of healing and aromatic plants in Serbia.
Foreign and Serbian shoppers will be able to meet with fruits and vegetables producers to see their fresh and frozen produce, and they will also see the most modern technical achievements, where they will get the chance to see the leading brands of tractors and mechanization, irrigation and anti-hail systems, drones and other modern equipment. dk/ba/
