Skopje, 17 May 2024 (MIA) - The Administrative Court has rejected as unfounded the appeal of the DUI-led European Front over the State Election Commission (SEC) decision to accept the complaint of the VMRO-DPMNE-led coalition in polling station 1202 in Krushevo at the May 8 parliamentary elections.
This is the third appeal the Court has rejected on Friday, after the ones in polling station 1194 in Krushevo and 1470 in Dolneni, with four others due to be heard later today.
The European Front coalition has filed seven appeals against SEC decisions and the Administrative Court is set to decide on all of them by the end of the day.
SEC received 27 complaints regarding the voting process at the May 8 parliamentary elections, and accepted seven of them - six in the fifth election district and one in the sixth election district.
