Tetovo, 15 October 2021 (MIA) – Alliance for Albanians leader Ziadin Sela at a final campaign rally in Tetovo of the Alliance for Albanians/Alternativa (AA/A) coalition ahead of Sunday’s vote pledged his party will bring change and victory of the Albanians in North Macedonia after 20 years. Criticizing DUI’s “manipulative and blackmailing policy”, he called on voters on Sunday to vote with “clear conscience” and to condemn “those protected by the government and the prosecution for the tragedy in Tetovo”, which claimed the lives of 14 people when a COVID-19 modular hospital burned down. Speaking at the rally, Alternativa leader Afrim Gashi said the coalition’s candidate for mayor of Tetovo Vulnet Murseli will bring change if elected. Murseli told supporters that in the past three weeks he visited many places and talked to many people who are disappointed over how the city is managed. “We heard many ideas, a lot of problems and we cannot allow Tetovo to keep being destroyed. We have the best team and the support of all those who mean well to Tetovo,” he told the final rally of Alliance for Albanians/Alternativa.
